John Delaney
Head of Business Development 

John is a Graduate in Business Studies from Leeds University and his principle role is Business Development. John has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years, working for a number of life and pension companies, including NPI, Scottish Mutual and Scottish Provident International as Senior Sales Consultant and Regional Manager. John was formerly Vice President Sales UK for Orbitex Investments Limited. John holds the Cert PFS from the Personal Finance Society and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute  for Securities and Investment (MCSI) and is also qualified to hold the Certificate in Securities.

 

 

Rachael Esther
Associate Director - Finance & Client Relations

Rachael Esther joined the Company in 2008 as our Business Manager to support our current international activities and develop our future interests in Mauritius. Mauritian by birth, Rachael spent the last 18 years living in Europe and acting as corporate development manager for companies based in both the UK and Slovakia. Rachael is a business graduate from the University of Greenwich in the UK. Her specialist skills in Human Resources and Client Liaison bring support to the management team.

 

 

 

 

Stephanie Barkway
Development & Marketing Manager 

Stephanie joined the team in 2014 to develop and support our range of socially responsible products. She brings with her significant experience of charity and philanthropic work, and has held a number of communication based roles within the charity sector. Her passion and enthusiasm for ethical investment is a key attribution she brings to TAM Ethical. Stephanie graduated from Brighton University with First Class Honours in Business Management specialising in Public Relations and Marketing. She received the Natural PR prize for outstanding performance in the Public Relations elective.

 

 

 

 

CHARLEY BROWN
Head of Client Relations

Charley joined TAM in 2015 as Head of Client Relations to ensure our IFAs, business connections and contacts have a centre of focus. Charley has over 20 years’ experience within the financial industry including; client relationship management, operations, middle and back office. She has been Assistant Vice President for our global custodian, Operations Manager for IFAs and Investment Managers alike, which sees her in an ideal position to add a wealth of experience to the team.

 

 

 

 

Tom Worthigton
International Relations 

Tom joined TAM in 2018 to take on the role of International Relations, operating in Spain. He brings with him years of insight and knowledge gained from first-hand experience from various roles in the financial industry. Finance was a subject Tom grew up surrounded with. His paternal grandfather was Agency Director for Schroder Wagg’s direct sales division and his two parents have been IFA’s for most of their working life. As a consequence, Tom was given the opportunity to study and sit the CeFA exams at the age of 17, during the summer between his AS and A-levels. At the time he was the youngest ever to sit them in the UK. As Tom progressed in the world of finance as an IFA, he grew more interested in the fund management side and was subsequently head hunted into a hedge fund. Tom, believing he was ready to take on the next challenge, embarked on a role with TAM to grow and develop the company’s operations in Spain.

Sunjana Bismohun
Customer Support Assistant

Sunjana joined our customer support department in 2010. She is currently studying towards her ACCA Level Two.
