Phillip Hadley is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of TAM Asset Management International. He established the International office in Mauritius in 2004, having spent the prior twelve years working in the multi-manager asset management industry in Europe. As an investment manager Phillip focuses on top-down asset allocation policy and the quantitative and qualitative research of our underlying investments.  Phillip also specialises in the creation of innovative investment solutions for our intermediary and HNW client base in Africa, Asia and the Middle East. He is a graduate of the Queen Mary College, University of London, and holds an MBA from the University of Birmingham.  He is a fellow of the MIoD and approved as a Key Individual and Representative by the South African Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA).
